BankSync is bank operations built natively for NetSuite. It reads your bank activity, creates the transactions that don't exist yet — interest, sweeps, auto-debits — and keeps your cash position current, without anyone keying a journal entry.
Every posted transaction and the current cash position — inside NetSuite, no separate system.
NetSuite already receives the day's transactions. That part is solved. But what arrives is a list of bank lines — not journal entries, not applied receipts, not a reconciled ledger.
Oracle's own Bank Feeds SuiteApp tops out at 20 accounts and 10,000 transactions, and says plainly there's no way to add a bank that isn't on its list. NetSuite 2026.2 also shipped native AI matching for the accounts it does support — useful, but it only decides which GL line a bank line corresponds to. It doesn't create the transactions that don't exist yet.
So someone opens the reconciliation screen and works through them. Deciding what each line was. Keying the journal entries. Matching receipts against open invoices. Routing vendor debits to the right bills. Chasing whatever will not tie out.
Across a handful of accounts and a few subsidiaries, that is most of a week — every month, for work that never changes.
BankSync does that step, for any bank and any account count. NetSuite matches transactions that already exist — BankSync creates the ones that don't, to the accounts you mapped, under your own approval rules.
BankSync installs into your NetSuite account and runs there on its own schedule. No middleware, no CSV imports, nothing else to log into.
A daily statement file lands securely, or BankSync pulls activity straight from your bank's API through the day.
Each transaction is identified and mapped to the GL account, subsidiary and transaction type your configuration says it belongs to. Mapping is yours, not a vendor default.
Journal entries for sweeps, interest, fees and auto-debits, and customer payments applied against open invoices. Anything it cannot match with confidence waits for a person.
Your institution delivers a secure daily file of completed activity. BankSync processes it every morning, so your books open the day already reconciled.
BankSync connects straight to your bank's API and pulls activity through the day. Treasury sees the true cash position before deciding what to move.
